Cheche La Cocina, an innovative restaurant concept with retro interior design.
What to do when life unexpectedly changes our plans? Reinvent yourself, because when things change you must accept them and go on; but reinventing ourselves doesn’t mean losing our essence, because that’s what makes us different, special, interesting…
Now when life has changed our plans, in Francisco Segarra we do not stop our efforts and today we are inviting you to travel to the coast of Barcelona, to Castelldefels, a city that boasts a long golden beach in its rawest and most stripped version. It is true that we are still far from the summer, but it’s quite an occasion because Cheche La Cocina discovers an innovative concept of take away and delivery haute cuisine restaurant, an establishment that combines the best gastronomy, a cosy design with modernist touches and the comfort of enjoying it wherever you want.
Innovative concepts that preserve tradition.
Added to their passion for this trade and good cooking we find their desire of seeing their customers enjoying it. With a great experience in this world, the Cheche saga is joined by an innovative concept of delivery & take away restaurant, Cheche La Cocina, an establishment that offers us the best of its cuisine to decorate our tables.
The idea of fast food is left behind, because the hustle and bustle of daily life is no longer an excuse not to enjoy a traditional meal with amazing elaborations. Take away and delivery have become a very common trend that has increased its users in recent months.
At Cheche La Cocina the dishes make us excited, they are made with seasonal products and have their roots in traditional memory. Their illusion reaches intact to our homes through its packaging that preserves the temperature, the flavours, and the essence of its atmosphere.
The best design to complete the best kitchen.
With a retro-modernist aura, the design of this restaurant is focused on transmitting, turning its product into something sensory, visual, and scenic, giving prominence to the kitchen, the heart of any restaurant.
“The concept of the place is to bring the stoves closer to the diners, so that they break the barrier between cooks and customers and that they contemplate how they work. A restaurant without secrets, with nothing to hide, where there is order, professionalism, and cleanliness. We look for the customer who comes to pick up the order to feel inside a professional but cosy and home kitchen at the same time. To do this we used industrial materials combined with natural elements such as wood and plants in a diaphanous and luminous space” Benjamin Geensen (Geensen Interior Design Studio).
The years when going out to a restaurant meant getting away from pans, steam or spices are left behind. Restaurants tear down the walls of their kitchens to get closer to their best show and make our culinary experience not end on the plate…
Completing a small restaurant where the kitchen becomes the most important element could not be done either way. Every element and every detail are an essential part of a design that leaves no one indifferent. Original mango wooden tables with metal finishes, comfortable leather stools and chairs… Pleasantly symmetrical designs that bring us subtly closer to the aesthetics of Francisco Segarra.
A harmonious space, where there is what must be, where the best is to let yourself get carried away and advise, because sometimes, even if life changes our plans there is always someone who reinvents himself to offer us the best.
