They shall apply to all Orders and/or Quotes accepted by the customer and will automatically become a Contract between the parties. For all purposes, it will be understood that the user declares to be of legal age and accepts the conditions and usage rules set forth here by accepting a Quote and/or placing an order.
This website is intended for the sale of products and services to individuals or legal entities acting within a business or professional activity, and therefore is not intended for consumers.
- ACCESS TO THE PROFESSIONAL AREATo request a Quote for the products offered by FRANCISCO SEGARRA INTERNACIONAL through its website, www.franciscosegarra.com, it is necessary to have an account to access the professional area.
To have such access, it is essential to be of legal age according to Spanish legislation, and you may be a resident in any country in the world.
The CUSTOMERS is solely responsible for the quality of the data entered by themselves in the registration form and agrees to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information about their identity.
The CUSTOMERS may at any time modify and/or update the data in their professional area to ensure that it remains truthful, accurate, and complete.
If the CUSTOMER provides any false, inaccurate, or incomplete information, or if FRANCISCO SEGARRA INTERNACIONAL SLU has sufficient reasons to suspect that such information is false, inaccurate, or incomplete, they have the right to deny access and use of the website, either currently or in the future, or any of the services.
- PURCHASE PROCESSOrders and purchases between Francisco Segarra SLU and its customers must always be in writing by email in order to avoid mistakes. The buyer is obliged to review all the details and inform the seller in case of any errors or mistakes.
Once the buyer receives the quote, they will have 15 days to confirm and pay for the order. After this period without confirmation or payment, the reservation of the goods will be automatically canceled.
- DELIVERY OF THE ORDER AND TRANSPORTThe delivery period for orders begins once payment is verified as received in our bank account. Additional charges related to the transport and delivery of the products will be informed to the user during the purchasing process.
The shipment of orders will be made within the following territories: Mainland Spain (including Balearic and Canary Islands), Metropolitan France (including Corsica), Belgium, Netherlands, Italy (including Sardinia and Sicily), Portugal, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Andorra, and the United Kingdom.
Orders will be delivered Monday through Friday. Delivery times may vary depending on the product purchased; these times are indicative:
DELIVERY IN MAINLAND SPAIN AND BALEARIC ISLANDS: approximately 2-6 business days.
DELIVERY TO CANARY ISLANDS: approximately 15 business days.
DELIVERY IN EUROPE AND THE UNITED KINGDOM: approximately 5-12 business days.Orders from FRANCISCO SEGARRA SLU are distributed through reputable national and international transport and courier agencies. The goods will be delivered to the street level; delivery charges do not include delivery to a specific floor, assembly, or unboxing. If the client requires these services, they may inquire about availability and extra costs at info@franciscosegarra.com.
IMPORTANT: If the products show damage due to transport, the customer must ensure that the package/pallet received is externally in good condition and verify its integrity. It is the responsibility of the recipient of the goods to inspect the condition of the merchandise upon delivery and note any observations they deem necessary on the delivery note. In case of detected damages, breakages, defects, or missing items, please indicate the anomalies on the carrier’s delivery note, writing “damaged packaging”. Indicating “pending review” is legally invalid. This is essential for making any claims for product defects. For optimal management, it is recommended to notify within the first 48 hours. Once the product is unpacked, the customer must keep the original packaging (including pallet) for a few days in case a replacement is required.
In this case, FRANCISCO SEGARRA SLU will repair or replace defective products as soon as possible. The lack of observations from the customer at the time of delivery is considered full acceptance of the products received.
- SALE PRICES AND INVOICESThe prices displayed do NOT include Value Added Tax (VAT). Purchases made by companies, entities, organizations, etc., residing within the European Union and holding a valid EU VAT number are exempt from VAT payment, provided they are properly registered.
The prices displayed on the screen will be valid at the time of viewing. FRANCISCO SEGARRA SLU does not assume any graphic or numerical errors that may occur due to website maintenance, and reserves the right to cancel any order for this reason or for other reasons unrelated to the company, refunding any amount previously received from the customer.
If the customer wishes to receive their invoice electronically, they must send an email to their sales representative requesting the invoice for their order.
- PAYMENT METHODSPAYMENT BY CARD: You can pay with your credit or debit card.
PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER: It is very important to indicate the order number in the subject line, as well as the name of your entity or legal person, and to make the transfer within 15 days from the order confirmation date to validate it.
- RETURNSIn the event that the delivered product does not conform to the technical characteristics of the ordered product, the user must inform FRANCISCO SEGARRA SLU by email of the non-conformity within 14 days from the receipt of the order.
Only returns of unused products, in their original packaging, and with the express permission and acceptance of return by FRANCISCO SEGARRA SLU, will be accepted. If these requirements are met, the return can be processed. The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Once the items are received and inspected at our facilities, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods.
We recommend that the customer ensures that they are ordering what they need before placing the order. - PRODUCT WARRANTYIn the case of apparent defects or defective products, the user must inform FRANCISCO SEGARRA SLU within two months from the date they became aware of the issue. FRANCISCO SEGARRA SLU will proceed accordingly, either replacing, repairing, reducing the price, or refunding the product recognized as defective.
All products marketed by FRANCISCO SEGARRA SLU are for professional use, and the regulations on consumer goods as per Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 or Law 23/2003 do not apply. Due to the nature of the goods, warranty regulation is governed by the Commercial Code.
As a general rule, the warranty covers 12 months from the delivery date.
FRANCISCO SEGARRA SLU will not be responsible for damages resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, handling, non-professional installation (incorrect assembly), defective maintenance, improper use, natural disasters, or modifications to the product not specified by FRANCISCO SEGARRA SLU.
Products we sell, especially those made from natural materials such as wood, rattan, rush, wicker, and other natural fibers, may exhibit characteristics inherent to their composition. These characteristics, such as variations in weaving, texture, and color, will not be considered defects or flaws.
The warranty is granted exclusively to the titleholder (contractual party) listed on the invoice, and only the titleholder may claim it.
FRANCISCO SEGARRA SLU will not be responsible for handling claims from third parties who have not purchased the goods directly from FRANCISCO SEGARRA SLU and/or are not listed on the sales invoice.
