Bar La Prensa. An interior design as we had imagined.

At Francisco Segarra we firmly believe that there is nothing more magical and rewarding than making others’ dreams our own. So, each project is an exciting challenge and a chance to do something extraordinary.

3D renders and 360º virtual tours have become an essential part of our interior design projects, as they allow us to show clearly and precisely how the space will look once it is finished.

Today we dive into the history of one of our 100% FS projects: Bar La Prensa. This iconic establishment, which has been serving locals and tourists for more than 30 years, needed a makeover with a more modern and welcoming style.

From imagination to reality.

Renders are a tool that helps us make the right decisions and avoid surprises during the design and execution process of the project.

This is how we can convey the atmosphere, the layout of furniture, colours and materials that will be used in the process. This is vital for our clients as it allows them to have a realistic idea of how the space will look before they start building.

Keeping the essence of the place but giving a fresh and contemporary touch was the goal in the interior design project of the bar La Prensa. And the result could not be better. The furniture, finishes, atmosphere… Everything as we had imagined.

Tons of paper are unfolded along the walls and ceiling. Moving types and seals guide us through different areas. The presence of wood brings warmth, while the characteristic brick buildings of the time remind us that we enter a unique space with a great history.

In the design process, every detail has been carefully thought out so that those who visit this bar can relive the nostalgia and charm of an old printing press.

An idea, a virtual image, a space made reality… Nothing better than to check for yourself the authenticity of a concept that saw the light through the best techniques of graphic representation for interior decoration.
