La Pistachería. A distintive interior design full of style.

At Francisco Segarra, looking back is something that allows us to enjoy great interior design projects once again. In our 100% FS section, you will find a collection of those design works that support our trajectory and that are an example of our uniqueness. 

One of those exclusive concepts is La Pistachería. A unique commercial space that was decorated with furniture and tiles from our catalogue and with Francisco Segarra’s interior design department at the head. The excellent result was reason for the owners to count on us again for the design of its expansion in the Barceló Market. 

This new interior design is what we want to show you today. A space faithful to the proper concept, but with the particularity of having their own and visible bakery. Once again, we will see how interior design and decoration combine functionality and aesthetics in equal parts. 

Giving value to a gourmet product. 

The Municipal Market of Barceló is a traditional Madrid market that brings together a wide range of quality products. A gastronomic and cultural space where visitors enjoy true experiences. 

It is just in this place where the design and decoration project for La Pistachería was carried out. This specialty pistachio shop values the properties of its gourmet product. 

With that premise in mind, the commercial concept reflects a traditional market stall and the passion of the owners for their work. In the design we can find multiple aesthetic references that reveal the amazing pistachio culture. 

A distinctive design and harmonious decoration.

In line with the style of the first store located in the Antón Martín market, the chosen commercial furniture allows both storage and exhibition of products. Both the counter and the shelving unit with drawers give off the warmth and charm of the wood. 

From the stools at the bar, you can view all the processing of the pistachio in a visible workroom that brings us closer to the craft and shows us the care for the product. 

The FS CHESTER tiles were chosen for the floor and for the front side of the bar in order to give dynamism to the space. A mosaic of colours that provides a decorative and very unique touch. 

The entire space is illuminated by the delicacy and sensitivity of some hanging lamps. A light that highlights the most exquisite details and shows a taste full of style and personality. 

This place does not stand out for its dimensions, but for its harmonious decoration and its distinctive interior design made by the team of Francisco Segarra.
