Nature inspires, delights, evades and relaxes. Entering the forest has something mystical, touching the wet soil and the soft and velvety grass, walking slowly among the leaf litter, feeling its silence and its fullness immerses the passer-by in a state of reverie and amazement.
Getting away from the path to lay your hands on the grayish trunks of the pine trees, moving your fingers to feel their roughness, looking up to contemplate their majestic and sublime forms. Immersing ourselves in it with the five senses improves our spirits, encourages us and provides us with the balance that life always needs.
