We find a new premises in the Sevillian municipality of Tomares belonging to the Burro Canaglia group managed by Jesús Laborda, Sira Farfán, Joaquín Domínguez and Socorro Pérez. A successful restaurant chain that, with a fun and surprising proposal, causes a real revolution in the contract sector.
This riveting experience is first and foremost a mixture of tradition and creativity. The typical Italian dishes are the common thread of the concept, but pasta, risotto and pizzas are reinvented with Asian, Oriental, South American and of course Iberian touches.
The cuisine is amazing, it is innovative and takes care of raw materials and fresh products. A varied and disruptive experience that opens a new world of flavours for our palates.
Supported by a design of the most outstanding, it is not surprising that the original proposal of Burro Canaglia does not go unnoticed. It was awarded by the Hot Concept awards after winning the award of “best restaurant design” in 2020, “casual dining” and “revelation company” in 2021.
Vintage and contemporary… Two styles for a sparkling decoration.
Burro Canaglia takes traditional gastronomy to another level, but it also stands out for the unique and exclusive atmosphere of its premises. It is a new design standard that combines functionality with aesthetic uniqueness.
In its 300 m2 and with capacity to accommodate 80 people, the new premises in Tomares opens in a bright, suggestive, and very harmonious space. Among the lush vegetation, vintage and contemporary styles coexist perfectly following the main line of the concept.
The charms of the past are reflected on the wall and floor tiles creating a beautiful nuance with the furniture, more modern and current. Victorian panels and traditional ceramic tiles do not hesitate to impose their features among soft fabrics and golden touches.
On the wall, a tin panel with sinuous organic and aged forms… And on the floor, a geometric mosaic in the form of rhombuses and spikes. The imprint of the past, the mark of authenticity and the essence of Francisco Segarra…
